01. What are preserved or long-lasting roses?

Our roses are real, exclusive high-quality roses that were processed with a revolutionary technology to maintain their fresh appearance for 1-2 years. The substances used in the preservation process are non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-carcinogenic, non-explosive and non-chemical reactive. The solutions and colorants are the same as those used in food manufacturing and do not represent any health or environmental risk.

02. How does the preservation process work?

Our roses are preserved using glycerin, this way the roses will not dry out, keeping their graceful and lively form. Glycerin replaces water in the rose, resulting in a flower that never dries and won't get wrinkled.
The drawback of using glycerin is that while it keeps the supple texture of the rose intact, the color will fade with time. This is the reason why food colouring is added.
The preservation process is expensive and takes from two to six weeks depending on the rose.

03. How long will the roses last?

The roses last about 1-2 years. It will depend in part on where you keep the flowers - in the sun, under a warm light, or in a dry, shady place.

04. How do I take care of my roses?

The roses do not need water or other care products, they bloom without help.
It is important not to expose the roses to direct sunlight, otherwise they will lose their color.
The roses like a bit more shady places at room temperature.
You should not touch the roses too roughly, otherwise they will lose their shape and color.

05. How many roses are in the Roses de Luxe rose boxes?

Depending on the head size of the roses, basically the following number of roses:
Small Cube de Luxe: 4-5 roses
Medium Cube de Luxe: 9-12 roses
Large Cube de Luxe: 16-20 roses
Love Box de Luxe: 14-16 roses

06. Which payment options are there?

07. What happens after I ordered?

An automated order confirmation will be sent by e-mail within a few minutes after receipt of the order. Please check your spam folder if you can not find the email in your inbox.
As soon as we have sent the order, you will receive by e-mail or SMS a shipping confirmation including the tracking number. For further questions please contact us by e-mail or SMS.

08. Can I also send my rose box anonymously?

Yes, we can also ship your box anonymously - with or without a greeting card.

09. How long does delivery take?

10. Can I pick-up the rose box myself?

You can pick up your desired rose box yourself if you book a pick-up appointment. Please click on the button below for our contact details.

11. Do I have the right to return?

The customer is granted a right of withdrawal for 10 calendar days after receipt of the goods. The deadline is considered met if the customer sends us the written revocation by email or letter within this period. The revocation does not require justification.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal leads to a reversal of the contract. The customer must return the goods within 10 calendar days in original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note to the address given in the Impressum.
We can refuse the repayment if we have received the goods damaged.
The customer must bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
