Data Transmission via the Internet
The Internet is an open, accessible environment for everyone and is therefore not a safe environment. Although the individual data packets are always transmitted encrypted, this does not apply to the sender and the recipient. Furthermore, it is possible that data will be transferred abroad and thus, at best, to a country with a lower data protection level than Switzerland, even if the sender and recipient are in Switzerland. For the security of data during their transmission via the Internet, Némethy Stores excludes any liability.
Newsletters are only sent to customers at their express request and after entry in the mailing list. Newsletter subscribers can be terminated at any time. Information on this can be found on the corresponding newsletters.
